Text
A.Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of Section 1401, 1402, 1403 or 1404 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be prohibited from working or volunteering as a firefighter in this state.
B.For the purposes of this section: 1. “Convicted” includes a plea of guilty or nolo contendere or the imposition of deferred adjudication; and 2. “Firefighter” includes any person serving with or without compensation as a firefighter as provided for in Titles 11, 18 and 19 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
