Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1320.5 (2026).

Text

Any person guilty of the crime, as set forth in Section 1320.3 of this title, shall be deemed guilty of a Class B5 felony offense, punishable by not more than five (5) years in prison, or a fine of not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or both.
