Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1320.4 (2026).

Text

Any person guilty of the crime, as set forth in Section 1320.2 of this title, shall be deemed guilty of a Class B4 felony offense, punishable by not more than ten (10) years in prison, or a fine of not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or both.
