Text
It shall be unlawful and shall constitute an unlawful assembly, a Class B5 felony offense, for a person to assemble or act in concert with four (4) or more persons for the purpose of engaging in conduct constituting the crime of riot, or to remain at the scene of a riot after being instructed to disperse by law authorities.
