Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1284 (2026).

PENALTY FOR 1283 Any previously convicted or adjudicated person who violates any provision of Section 1283 of this title shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for a period not less than one (1) year nor more than ten (10) years.
