Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1280 (2026).

Text

PENALTY FOR 1279 Any person violating the provisions of Section 1279 of this title shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) and shall be imprisoned in the county jail for a period of not more than twelve (12) months.
