scientific purposes. If the human skeletal remains and any burial furniture are not directly related to a tribal group or if the remains are not claimed by the consulted entity, the State Archaeologist and the State Historic Preservation Officer with the Director of the Oklahoma Museum of Natural History may designate a repository for curation of such skeletal remains and burial furniture for scientific purposes.
