Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1073 (2026).

Text

Any person who promotes a pyramid promotional scheme shall be guilty of a Class B4 felony offense and, upon conviction, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for not more than ten (10) years, or by both such fine and imprisonment, for each violation of this act.
