Text

After the entry of a judgment that the matter is obscene material or child sexual abuse material, any person who, with knowledge of the judgment or of the order or rule to show cause, sends or causes to be sent, brings or causes to be brought, into this state for sale or commercial distribution, the matter, or who in this state sells, exhibits or commercially distributes it, gives away or offers to give it away, or has it in his or her possession with intent to sell or commercially distribute or exhibit or give away or offer to give it away, shall be guilty of contempt of court and upon conviction after notice and hearing shall be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than one (1) year or fined not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or be so imprisoned or fined.
