Court Fund Collection System. Effective January 6, 2003, the Supreme Court may appoint a judge for the purpose of enhancing revenue collections for the courts by directing, managing and maintaining the Oklahoma Court Fund Collection System. The judge shall be a supernumerary judge and shall have the jurisdiction and authority of a district judge. Such appointment shall be for a term of four (4) years. The appointee shall be eligible for reappointment and shall be eligible to participate in the Uniform Retirement System for Justices and Judges.
