B. The Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court shall designate a chair and vice-chair from among the members of the Committee. A majority of the members present at a meeting shall constitute a quorum to conduct business. C. Meetings of the Committee shall be subject to the provisions of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act and the Oklahoma Open Records Act. D. Members shall not receive any compensation for their services but shall be reimbursed pursuant to the provisions of the State Travel Reimbursement Act. E. The Committee shall be staffed by employees of the Administrative Office of the Courts. F. The Committee shall oversee the implementation of the provisions of Sections 2 through 5 of this act by July 1, 2023, and shall be authorized to make recommendations to the Oklahoma Legislature for any changes it deems necessary and appropriate for the administration of court fines, fees, costs, and assessments.
