- Reimbursement - Approval. Members of the Judicial Nominating Commission shall be reimbursed for their necessary travel and lodging expenses while performing their duties as such Commissioners as provided by the State Travel Reimbursement Act. A member shall certify his expenses to the Administrative Director and, upon the latter's approval thereof, the State Treasurer shall issue his reimbursing warrant, to be paid out of any funds appropriated for such purpose.
