Text
Purchases - Branch libraries. A.
1.Unless the board of law library trustees in a county having a population of three hundred thousand (300,000) or more shall direct that no disbursement be made or that a lesser amount than provided in this section be transferred, the court clerk, within thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar quarter, shall transfer to the Law Library Fund the funds collected for credit to the Law Library Fund pursuant to Sections 152 and 153 of Title 28 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
2.In counties having a population of less than three hundred thousand (300,000), monies which are deposited into the county Law Library Fund shall be transferred on a quarterly basis to the Law Library Revolving Fund established under the authority of the Supreme Court.
