Text
The Supreme Court, or the member thereof designated to try said issue of fact, shall by order direct the clerk of said Court to issue an open venire for twenty-four persons having the qualification of jurors in the district court, to be drawn from the body of the state, which venire shall state the time and place said jurors shall appear. The venire shall be issued to and served and returned by the marshal of said Court. If any of said jurors shall be disqualified to serve, the court may summon other jurors, in the manner provided by law, to complete said panel. Challenges shall be allowed to such jurors as in civil causes before the district court.
