§ 2-8-77.12 — Misbranding.

No person shall distribute misbranded fertilizer. A fertilizer shall be misbranded if: 1. Its labeling is false or misleading; 2. It is distributed under the name of another fertilizer product; or 3. It is not labeled as required in Section 8-77.5 of Title 2 of the Oklahoma Statutes and rules promulgated by the State Board of Agriculture.
