§ 2-8-36.3 — Penalty.
Oklahoma·Title 2 Agriculture
Any person violating any of the provisions of this subarticle shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
