§ 2-8-33 — Compliance with rules and requirements - Single

certification agency for one crop - State agencies as sole authority. Every person subject to the provisions of this subarticle shall comply with all rules and requirements specified by the Agricultural Experiment Station and the Agricultural Extension Service of the Oklahoma State University, Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources regarding: 1. What crops grown or to be grown in Oklahoma shall be eligible for certification; 2. The process of certification, either by Oklahoma State University directly or by agents or agencies authorized by it for the purpose; and 3. Standards, requirements, and forms for certification. Not more than one agent or agency for certification shall be designated for any one specified crop. No certification within the provisions of this subarticl
