Text
A.No person affected with any disease capable of being transmitted to others through the contamination of food shall work at any dairy farm or milk plant in any capacity which brings that person into contact with the equipment involved or employees engaged in the producing, handling, storing, or transporting of milk, milk products, containers, equipment, and utensils; and no milk producer or milk plant operator shall employ in any capacity any affected person, any person suspected of having any disease capable of being transmitted to others through the contamination of food, or of being a carrier of communicable diseases. Any milk producer, processor, or distributor who suspects that any employee has contracted any disease or has become a carrier of a disease capable of being transmitted
