Text

A.Only Grade A pasteurized milk and milk products or Grade A raw milk shall be sold to the final consumer; provided, however: 1. Only Grade A pasteurized milk shall be sold through restaurants, soda fountains, grocery stores, or similar establishments, including school lunch rooms; and 2. In an emergency, the sale of pasteurized milk and milk products which have not been graded, or the grade is unknown, may be authorized by the Commissioner of Agriculture so long as the milk and milk products shall be labeled "ungraded".
B.Approval by the Commissioner pursuant to rules promulgated by the State Board of Agriculture for the use of Grade A label on milk and milk products processed at any milk plant in accordance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Milk and Milk Products Act shall constitute
