A.To enable the State Board of Agriculture to implement its duties and responsibilities regarding disease eradication and control of livestock and theft of livestock, and of farming equipment and farm implements, authorized agents of the Board are authorized to stop a vehicle transporting any livestock or farming equipment or farm implement for the purposes of inspecting and examining: 1. Livestock being transported; 2. The documents relating to the health, ownership, or destination of the livestock; and 3. Ownership documents or serial or identification numbers relating to farming equipment or farm implements. B.
