A.The Board shall also have power: 1. to require the keeping of adequate records and the furnishing of such information upon request to the Board which is necessary and essential for the administration of this act. Failure to keep such records and furnish such information shall constitute a misdemeanor; 2. to gather and compile information concerning and to investigate from time to time the organization, business, conduct, practices, and management of any person engaged in intrastate commerce, and the relation thereof to other persons; B.
