Text

"Oklahoma certified meat" shall mean any bovine, swine, goat, lamb, poultry, or fish product bred, born, raised, and processed within the State of Oklahoma. The term "Oklahoma Certified" shall not be used to describe any meat that was not bred, born, raised and processed in the State of Oklahoma, not limited to but shall include: Oklahoma Certified Beef, Oklahoma Certified Chicken and Oklahoma Certified Goat.
