§ 2-6-142 — Sale or disposition of bovine animals affected with

tuberculosis. It shall be unlawful for any person or the agents or employees of any person to knowingly and intentionally sell, offer for sale, assist in the sale or trade, or dispose or offer to dispose of any animal affected with tuberculosis.
