§ 2-5-60.23 — Establishment of board upon certification of referendum

results. If the Commissioner of the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry certifies adoption of a referendum proposition under Section 5-60.21 of this title, the new commodity producers board is established and has the powers and duties prescribed by the Oklahoma Agricultural Commodity Act.
