Text
A.A person convicted of any of the offenses defined in subsections A and B of Section 3 of this act shall be guilty of a Class D3 felony offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or both.
B.Any person violating subsection C of Section 3 of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
