Text
Upon receipt of a written complaint, the Board shall notify the person filing the complaint in writing of its receipt and status within two (2) working days. The person whom the complaint is filed against shall also be notified within two (2) working days. Notification that a complaint has been filed may also be given to the landowner or operator when appropriate. The resolution of a complaint is the completion of the appropriate administrative, jurisdictional, or legal remedies to the extent possible by the Department. The complainant shall be notified in writing within seven (7) working days after resolution of the complaint.
