A.The Commissioner of Agriculture may enter into cooperative agreements with Oklahoma State University for the purpose of training qualified inspectors in the identification of those plants designated as noxious weeds by the State Board of Agriculture.
B.For purposes of carrying out the provisions of the Weed Free Hay Certification Act, the Board may accept funds from any agency of the federal government and may cooperate and enter into agreements with any federal agency, any agency of another state, and any agency of this state or its political subdivisions.
