Text
A.Whenever the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry determines there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a violation of any of the provisions of the Oklahoma Apiary Act, any rule, or any order of the State Board of Agriculture, the alleged violator shall be given the opportunity for a fair hearing in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the Administrative Procedures Act. B.
1.Whenever the Board finds that an emergency exists requiring immediate action to protect the public health or welfare or to protect bees from any bee disease or pest, it may without notice or hearing issue an order reciting the existence of an emergency and requiring that immediate action be taken to meet the emergency.
