A.Licenses shall expire on June 30 of each year and may be renewed upon payment of the license fee set forth in this section and continued compliance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations Act and the rules of the Board.
B.The fees for an animal feeding operations license and annual renewal shall be: 1. Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) for facilities with a capacity of less than two hundred fifty (250) animal units; 2. Thirty-seven Dollars and fifty cents ($37.50) for facilities with a capacity of two hundred fifty (250) to five hundred (500) animal units; 3. Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) for facilities with a capacity of five hundred one (501) to three thousand (3,000) animal units; 4.
