A.The State Board of Agriculture or its authorized agents are empowered to enter upon the premises of any animal feeding operation for the purpose of investigating complaints as to the operation or to determine whether there are any violations of the Oklahoma Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations Act. The Department shall make at least one unannounced inspection per year of every animal feeding operation licensed pursuant to the Oklahoma Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations Act. B.
