A.Licenses shall expire on June 30 of each year and may be renewed upon payment of the license and swine animal unit fees set forth in this section and continued compliance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Swine Feeding Operations Act and the rules of the Board.
B.The fees for a swine feeding operations license and annual renewal thereof shall be: 1. Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) for facilities with a capacity of less than two hundred fifty (250) swine animal units; 2. Thirty-seven Dollars and fifty cents ($37.50) for facilities with a capacity of two hundred fifty (250) to five hundred (500) swine animal units; 3. Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) for facilities with a capacity of five hundred one (501) to three thousand (3,000) swine animal units; 4. One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) for f
