Required provisions – Report date.

A.The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry shall develop a plan to create an independent agricultural tourism organization. This organization shall be established as a tax exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The plan shall include: 1. All necessary provisions to form a partnership with the Oklahoma Department of Tourism and Recreation, the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, and the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry; and 2. Provisions to create a board with the number of members to be determined by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry and membership to include at least one member from the Oklahoma Department of Tourism and Recreation, one member from the Oklah
