performance of official duties - Unlawful. It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct, hinder, or interfere by acts, verbal or physical threats, or any means with an authorized agent in the performance of their official duties as specified by rules of the State Board of Agriculture and the Oklahoma Agricultural Code.
