Text

The members of the Oklahoma Beef Council shall: 1. Be actively engaged in beef production during the year prior to appointment and continuing throughout the term; 2. Have not been found in violation of the Oklahoma Beef Improvement and Market Development Act pursuant to an administrative hearing or court proceeding; and 3. Have not requested a refund within the preceding three (3) years of being appointed.
