contract - Penalty.

A.Except as otherwise provided by this section, any person or corporation: 1. Whose officers or employees knowingly induce, or attempt to induce any member or stockholder of an association organized pursuant to the Cooperative Marketing Association Act or organized pursuant to similar statutes of other states and operating in this state under due authority, to breach its marketing contract with the association; or 2. Who maliciously and knowingly spread false reports about the finances, management, or activity of an association, organized pursuant to the Cooperative Marketing Association Act, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and not more than One Thousand Dollar
