Text

Criminal penalties. Any person selling timber who uses false or altered identification or a false declaration of ownership, pursuant to the provisions of Section 16-65 of this title, upon conviction, shall be guilty of: 1. A Class D3 felony offense if the timber to be sold by use of a false or altered identification or false declaration of ownership is valued at more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00). Upon conviction, a person shall be subject to the imposition of a fine of not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or both; or 2. A misdemeanor if the timber to be sold by use of a false or altered identification or false declaration of ownership is valued at Two Hundred
