fire controlsigns and posters. Whoever intentionally breaks down, mutilates, removes, or destroys any fire control or forestry sign or poster of the Division of Forestry erected in the administration of its lawful duties and authorities shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to imprisonment not exceeding three (3) months, by fine not exceeding Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), or by both.
