§ 2-15-89 — Bonds - Interest - Denominations - Payment - Signatures –

A.The bonds issued shall bear interest at a rate not to exceed the maximum rate provided by Section 498.1 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes, per annum, payable semiannually, and shall be issued in denominations of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), or any multiple thereof not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
B.The entire amount of the bond issue shall be payable within twenty-five (25) years. The bonds shall be signed by the chairman of the board of county commissioners and attested by the county clerk. Facsimile signatures may be used as provided in the Registered Public Obligations Act of Oklahoma. The bonds shall be registered in the office of the
