president and secretary. The officers of the free district fair association shall be chosen from the delegates selected by the counties entering the association. The officers shall consist of a president, secretary and board of directors. The president and secretary selected pursuant to Section 15-55 of this title for county fair association organizations of each of the counties constituting the free district fair association shall be and constitute the board of directors of the free district fair association from which membership a president and secretary shall be elected.
