§ 2-15-21 — Organization - Purpose - Restriction on location - Free

township and county fairs not affected. For the purpose of encouraging the development of the agricultural, horticultural, mechanical, mineral, stock-raising and all other industrial interests of the State of Oklahoma, three or more counties may, as otherwise provided in this article, organize a free district fair, provided that: 1. No such free district fair shall be held within one hundred (100) miles of any other free district or State Fair; and 2. The provisions of this article shall not interfere with the operation of the present law with reference to the organization and operation of free township and county fairs already organized.
