Text
The county commissioners at a special meeting to be held on the last day of the stock show or fair, or as soon thereafter as possible shall: 1. Audit and allow bills presented by the persons to whom premiums have been awarded, or to their order; and 2. Order the county clerk to issue a warrant for the bills.
