Text
Special tax levy. The funds provided for by Sections 146 through 159 of this act shall be derived from any fund on hand, and not otherwise appropriated, in the contingent fund of the county. If the amount available in the contingent fund is insufficient then the county commissioners are authorized and directed to make a special tax levy for the contingent fund for the amount necessary.
