Text

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this article or rules promulgated by the State Board of Agriculture. No person shall: 1. Use or have in possession for use in commerce any incorrect weight or measure; 2. Remove any tag, seal, or mark from any weight or measure without specific written authorization from the proper authority; or 3. Hinder or obstruct any weights and measures official in the performance of the duties of such official.
