§ 2-14-3 — State standards.
Oklahoma·Title 2 Agriculture
The weights, measures, and testing devices received from the United States pursuant to Joint Resolutions of Congress approved June 14, 1836, and July 27, 1866, now in the care and custody of the State Bureau of Standards, and the weights and measures in conformity with the Resolutions, when certified by a qualified laboratory, shall be the state standards of weights and measures. Copies of the state standards of weights and measures and other weights, measures, and apparatus shall be supplied by this state to implement the provisions of this article.
