§ 2-11-94 — Violations, penalties - Operating without sales tax

A.Any person found in violation of any provision of the Oklahoma Scrap Metal Dealers Act, with the exceptions as provided by subsections B, C and D of this section, shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not more than Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) per offense. Any person convicted of a second violation of the Oklahoma Scrap Metal Dealers Act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) per offense or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than six (6) months.
