§ 2-11-6 — Licenses, permits or certificates issued under repealed

sections. Any license, permit, or certificate of registration issued under a statute that is repealed or superseded and has not expired shall be valid for the period for which the license, permit, or certificate was issued under the repealed or superseded statute if required for the same purpose by the Oklahoma Agricultural Code. However, all holders of the licenses, permits, and certificates of registration shall comply with the terms and provisions of this Code upon expiration of the licenses, permits, and certificates of registration.
