§ 2-11-41 — Violations.

Oklahoma·Title 2 Agriculture
It shall be a violation of the Oklahoma Agriculture Biotechnology Act for any person not exempt from the provisions of the Oklahoma Agriculture Biotechnology Act to: 1. Maintain a regulated article without a permit from the State Board of Agriculture; 2. Move a regulated article without permission; 3. Release a regulated article into the environment without a permit; 4. Fail to comply with a quarantine or destruction order; and 5. Fail to pay a permit fee.
