Text

Any election officer who shall be appointed or commissioned under the provisions of this article or the laws of Oklahoma, and who shall knowingly and willfully fail or refuse to perform the duties required of him, shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
