procedure. Any person seeking to dispute an election held pursuant to Section 4 or 5 of this act for alleged irregularities or fraud shall do so by filing a written petition with the board of county commissioners of such county within ten (10) days of the date of such election. The board of county commissioners shall set the matter for hearing not less than ten (10) days nor more than thirty (30) days from the filing of the petition. Any person seeking to dispute the determination of the board of county commissioners made at such hearing may appeal the decision of the board to the district court in the manner provided by law for an appeal of an agency order in Sections 318 through 323 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
