Text
of property - Contracts. The board of directors shall hold their regular meetings in their office on the first Tuesday of each month beginning at 10:00 A.M., and in addition thereto, such special meetings as may be required for the proper transaction of business, provided all special meetings shall be ordered by the director of the board and such order be entered of record. Such order must also specify the business to be transacted at such meeting. Two members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, and upon all questions requiring a vote there shall be a concurrence of at least two members of such board.
